How to get started

Connect your line in three steps

    Open Channels > WhatsApp

    Click Connect WhatsApp Business and choose WhatsApp Business API in the chooser. A Meta window opens.

    Log in and pick your number

    Sign in with the Facebook account that manages your business, select your Meta Business Account and follow Meta's verification for the number.

    Send a test message

    Your line appears on the WhatsApp page. Message it from your phone and it shows up in the Inbox within seconds.
