Why promotions on WhatsApp go nowhere

  • You send promotions from your phone, one chat at a time.

Select a segment, a funnel-stage column or a filtered contact list and send one approved template to all of them.

  • Hundreds of replies come back and nobody answers them.

Replies land in the Inbox and the AI answers each one with a real reply, not the welcome message.

  • You can't tell what a campaign cost or who it actually reached.

The batch is checked against your WhatsApp wallet before it's queued, and every recipient's status is tracked.

Send to the people who matter

There's no separate campaign tool: you start a broadcast where your audience already is. Tick contacts in Contacts (or select all with your filters), open a segment, or pick a funnel-stage column in the board view, then click Send WhatsApp template. Fill variables once; contact fields like the first name fill in per recipient, with a live preview.

  • No cap on recipients: the only limit is your wallet balance
  • Choose whether the AI handles replies on conversations your team has open
  • Broadcasts are an admin action

Templates Meta approves

A broadcast sends a message template, which is how WhatsApp lets you write outside the 24-hour window. You write it in the template editor, choose its category (Marketing, Utility or Authentication) and submit it. Meta reviews it, usually within minutes to a few hours, and only Approved templates can be sent.

  • Header image, video or document, and variables like the first name
  • Buttons: quick replies, a website, a phone number or Open a form
  • Sign with the sender's name, filled in automatically

See who received, read and replied

Every broadcast appears under Channels > WhatsApp > Broadcasts with a live status. Its Overview shows sent, delivered, read, pending and failed, your delivery, open and response rates, and why messages failed in plain words. Destinations lists each recipient's status, ready to download as CSV.

  • Stop broadcast halts what hasn't gone out yet
  • If the wallet runs out mid-send, it stops and every admin gets an email
  • Watch the response rate: blocked broadcasts hurt your number with Meta

Opt-outs, respected automatically

Add an opt-out button such as "Stop promotions" to a marketing template. A customer who taps it is marked Opted out and gets one short confirmation. From then on Ciarem refuses marketing templates to them before anything reaches Meta, so nothing is sent or charged. Utility and authentication templates still go out.

  • Opted-out contacts are skipped in a broadcast and listed on its Overview
  • Opt-outs made in WhatsApp's own settings are picked up too
  • Filter your audience by WhatsApp Marketing: Not opted out

Frequently asked questions

Meta charges each template message by category and by the recipient's country. Ciarem draws it from your WhatsApp wallet at Meta's price, with no markup. Opted-out contacts are skipped and not charged.

Ciarem sets no cap on recipients. The batch is checked against your prepaid wallet before it's queued; if the estimate is higher than your balance, nothing is sent until you add credit.

Usually minutes to a few hours. A mismatched category, variables with no example values or vague, promotional wording are the most common reasons for a rejection.

Yes. Add an opt-out button to your marketing template, or mark the contact yourself. Opted-out contacts stop receiving marketing templates but can still chat with you.

Replies land in the Inbox like any other conversation and the AI answers them. A contact replying to a campaign gets a real answer, not the welcome message.
