How we write these guides
Every guide on the Ciarem blog is signed by a person on the team who has read it in full and stands behind it. This is how they are made.
Who writes
The guides on WhatsApp accounts, messaging rules and AI agents are written and reviewed by Esteban Wesson, product lead at Ciarem. The Instagram and Messenger guides are written and reviewed by Julian Ortiz, head of sales. The name at the bottom of each guide is the person who has read the whole thing and keeps it current.
How it is produced
We use AI tools to draft text and translations. No guide is published until the person who signs it has read it in full, checked every fact against Meta's documentation or against the product, and corrected it with what real customer setups show.
The updated date changes only when we re-check the facts. Fixing a typo does not change it.
What we do not publish
We do not publish best-tools lists with Ciarem in first place, or comparisons with other providers. We do not invent numbers: every figure comes from Meta's documentation, from our own data or from a source we link. We write every page for a person to read.
If you find an error
Meta changes names, prices and limits often. If something in a guide is no longer true, write to us through the chat on this site and we will correct it, with the new date in plain view.
