Get your CRM working

  1. 01

    Connect a channel or import your list

    Contacts are created on the first message from any connected channel. To bring the ones you already have, use Import CSV / XLSX in Contacts.

  2. 02

    Set up your stages and properties

    Admins open Funnel stages in the Contacts header to define the stages, and add custom properties for what you need to know about each customer.

  3. 03

    Let the AI fill them in

    In Control center > Agent team, add the questions your qualifier asks and save each answer to a property, or turn on Can update contact properties.
