AI follow-ups

Win back customers who stop replying, without chasing them yourself

Turn on follow-ups for an agent and it nudges a quiet customer at 15 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours. It writes each message from the conversation, and stays silent when it has nothing new to add.

Quiet customers are lost sales

  • Conversations die at "let me think about it".

The agent comes back to what the customer wanted and offers the next step.

  • Nobody on the team has time to chase every lead that went silent.

Each agent follows up on its own, up to three times, and stops the moment the customer replies.

  • Automatic reminders sound like spam and repeat the same line.

The agent writes every nudge from the conversation and never repeats or rephrases an earlier one.

Three moments, you choose which

Pick 15 minutes, 1 hour and/or 2 hours after the agent's last unanswered message. The agent works through them in order, and when the customer replies, the rest are cancelled.

  • Support and FAQ agents start at 15 minutes: people mid-issue are still around.
  • Appointment agents start at 1 hour.
  • Sales and qualifier agents start at 2 hours, so a person has time to think.

The agent decides whether to send

Each moment is a chance to follow up, not a guaranteed message. The agent reads the conversation and only writes when it helps the customer, so a chat with all three moments ticked may get one follow-up, two, three or none. Sales, qualifier and appointment agents come back to what the customer wanted without repeating the question. Support, FAQ and billing agents wait when the customer still owes them an answer.

  • One short message, in the customer's language and your tone.
  • Never invents a price, a discount or a deadline to get a reply.
  • You don't write the text: the agent does, each time.

Per agent, inside WhatsApp's free window

Follow-ups are set on each agent, so your sales agent can chase a quiet lead while your support agent stays hands-off. They apply to conversations the agent answers from the moment you switch them on. Every nudge goes out inside WhatsApp's 24-hour service window, so it needs no template and carries no extra Meta cost.

No. The agent writes each one from the conversation, in the customer's language and the tone set in Basic configuration.

The remaining follow-ups are cancelled and the agent answers the new message as usual.

Follow-ups stay inside the 24-hour window. To reach someone after it closes, send a WhatsApp message template.
