Your products, services and prices in one table
A catalog is a table for what you sell or work with: products, services, price lists, plans, locations. You give it a name and a short description that tells the AI what the records are, then add the fields you need, like Name, Price, Duration or Category.

The AI quotes the right price
Connect a catalog to the agents that need it and they can search it and read a record's fields to answer "how much is a cleaning?" with the exact number. Keep prices current in the catalog, and every answer follows. Explanations like policies or how a treatment works go in the knowledge base instead.
Photos, brochures and videos the agent sends
Add a File or Multiple files property and each record can carry product photos, a PDF brochure or a short video. When a customer asks for them, or when a record is worth seeing, the agent sends them as real media messages. Several photos go out as a swipeable carousel on WhatsApp and an image carousel on the web chat.
- Images up to 10 MB, videos up to 50 MB, PDF and Office documents up to 25 MB
- Meta delivers images up to 5 MB on WhatsApp and 8 MB on Instagram, and videos up to 16 MB
You decide what each agent can see and change
In each agent's configuration, Catalogs this agent can access grants it one catalog at a time. Access is read-only by default. Per catalog you can also allow Add content, for example a sales agent logging an order, or Edit content.
How to get started
Set up your first catalog

Create the catalog
Open Catalogs, give it a name, a singular form, an icon and a description of what the records represent.

Add fields and records
Add the properties you need, then add records by hand or with Import CSV / XLSX.

Give your agents access
In Control center > Agent team, open a qualifier, sales or FAQ agent and turn the catalog on under Catalogs this agent can access.
