Visitors become contacts, without duplicates

Each visitor can send 6 free messages, and a counter warns them as the limit gets close. To keep chatting they verify with a 6-digit code by email, or by WhatsApp from your own number when your WhatsApp line is connected. Ciarem then creates the contact, or links the chat to the one that already has that email or phone.

Photos, voice notes and documents

How to get started

Live on your site in three steps

    Open Website chat

    In the sidebar, go to Channels, then Website chat. Only admins can set it up.

    Set it up and copy the snippet

    Click Set up website chat. Ciarem creates your widget and shows the embed snippet with a Copy button.

  3. 03

    Paste it into your site

    Add the snippet just before the closing body tag on every page where you want the bubble.
