Add-ons
Some parts of Ciarem are modules an admin turns on with one click: Catalogs, Checkout, Short links and Satisfaction surveys. They are included in your plan, and while one is off, its section stays out of your team's menu.
Availability: Included in every plan. An admin turns each add-on on under Settings > Add-ons.
Customers want to buy in the chat, and someone copies orders into a notebook.
1. Checkout lets your sales agents build and confirm the order in the conversation.
You send links and never know if anyone opened them.
2. Short links count who clicked, from which channel, country and device.
You find out a customer was unhappy when they stop buying.
3. Satisfaction surveys ask for a score when the chat is resolved and a comment when it's low.
Your products, services and prices in tables your AI agent quotes from, with photos and brochures it can send in the chat. Catalogs is on by default, and turning it off only hides the section: your records are kept and the AI keeps using them.
Your sales agents take orders inside the conversation, only from your catalog and at your prices. They collect the details you ask for, read the order back and register it when the customer confirms. Your team follows every order on the Orders page.
Shorten any link on ciarem.link while you write, and see who opened it, from which channel and country. Links your AI agent sends can be shortened automatically, so their clicks are counted too.
Send a CSAT or NPS survey when a chat is resolved, on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and your website chat. Reply to each score your way, and see the results per agent, AI agent, team and channel in Metrics.
How to get started
Go to Settings, then Add-ons. Only admins see Settings.
Each card says whether the add-on is Active or Inactive. Click See details for everything it includes.
Click Activate on the card or in the details. Its section appears in the sidebar right away.
